What is a WILL?

A WILL is a written document in which you state how you want property distributed after your death and it is one of the most important documents you need in your life.

DO I NEED A WILL?

The answer is ‘YES’ it is important to make a WILL it doesn’t matter if you are rich or not as long you have property.

A will helps resolving disputes between family members’ friends and business partners who would like to have property that you own before you death.

The simple answer is ‘NO’ without a WILL your property may be administered by someone you didn’t want to handle your affairs and property may be distributed to persons not intended to.

TO DIE WITHOUT A WILL?

When you die without a WILL it is reefed to as dyeing “intestate”. That means in most situation your closet relatives, friend and business partners will share your properly you leave behind and some of relatives, friends or business partners may put in claims on your property and remember you are not there to be heard so you wish not be carried out the way you assume and sometimes they end up in court of law to give judgment on your property most cases the judgment goes to closed people because of advantage of knowing much about the decedents property.

We have lost many hard working people, young and old for example in Kenya we have lost a lot of hard working people in terror-tacks e.g America embassy on August 7th, 1998 bombing, Westgate mall on 21st September, 2013, Dusit hotel on 15th January 2019, Ethiopia Aircraft crash on Sunday, 10 March 2019, homicide and manslaughter and killings on a daily basis and through road accidents and no one knows when death is coming and those who we have lost, many their families suffer because of them not having written a (WILL)  .
